How many accounts does one license allow?
One active real MT5 account and up to five active demo MT5 accounts at the same time.
Does SunPips guarantee profit?
No. It is automation and trade-management software. Market conditions, broker execution, spread, slippage, capital, settings and risk can materially change outcomes.
Can I change the real account?
Yes. Transfers are made through the portal and have a security cooldown. Support may review legitimate exceptions.
What happens when the license expires?
New position families are blocked. The EA must continue managing and closing existing positions.
Can a licensing outage close my positions?
No. API downtime or expiration must not close positions. Management remains available and the client supports offline tolerance based on the last server validation.
Does the trial work on a real account?
No. The trial is limited to one demo account and a defined period.
Does it work with every broker and asset?
Only environments listed as validated should be treated as officially supported. Others may require diagnostics and validation.
