Authorized use
The license is for the customer’s authorized accounts. Third-party service, resale, rental or sharing requires a separate agreement.
Technical integrity
Users may not tamper with signatures, tokens, clocks, account identifiers, slot limits, endpoints, security telemetry or update mechanisms.
Commercial abuse
Spam, profit promises, fake testimonials, manipulated evidence and pages impersonating the official site are prohibited.
Response
SunPips may rate-limit requests, require revalidation, suspend new activations and investigate events. Measures should be proportionate and auditable.
Remediation
Customers should have a channel to contest legitimate errors and submit diagnostics. Serious violations may lead to revocation and appropriate action.
